Principal - Christina Moore
BIO - I was born and raised in Benicia, as were my parents. I knew from from the time I was in second grade that I wanted to be a teacher. My inspiration was my 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade teacher, Ms. Shepard. She loved our class so much that after she moved to England, she came back for our high school graduation! That solidified it for me! While going to college, I got up at 3:00 in the morning to deliver bagels and then flowers, all to help pay my way through school. After college, I taught preschool at St. Dominic's Preschool in Benicia. Once I earned my teaching credential, I got my very first teaching job at Robert Semple. In my second year of teaching, I married my childhood sweetheart and went from a Bertellotti to a Moore. Three years later, I had my twins, Christopher and Emma. After 15 wonderful years of teaching at Semple, I decided I wanted to explore educational leadership. I became the vice principal at Benicia Middle School for 3 years and then was their principal for 1 year. After 4 great years at BMS, I moved back to Robert Semple and became the principal. I absolutely love our school and look forward to spending the rest of my career working with the best students and staff anyone could ask for!
